What is Kybella?

Kybella is a non surgical injectable treatment used to reduce submittal fat, otherwise known as the double chin, to help create a more sculpted jawline.  It contains a synthetic form of Deoxycholic acid.  Deoxycholic acid is a naturally occurring substance in the body that helps with the absorption of fat cells. It is injected into the fat below the chin to improve the appearance of the jawline and profile.

For best results, at least 2-3 treatments spaced four weeks apart are recommended.  More treatments may be needed depending on your desired results and amount of submittal fat.  At your appointment, our provider will recommend how many vials you should use per treatment.  That can range from 2-6 vials per treatment.
